The Old Rectory is a boutique hotel aimed at grown-up guests (children must be 10 years or over). Originally built in the 15th Century, it offers a comfortable base to relax after a busy day exploring all that 1066 Country has to offer.
Why not explore the beautiful walled garden? Take a seat by the pond and watch the seagulls soar overhead or maybe hide away in the cosy shelled nook with a glass of wine from the honesty bar.
The Rooms
Eight guest rooms, named after streets in Hastings Old Town, are designed with luxury, comfort and relaxation in mind. Each one is individually styled and includes everything you need to unwind for the night – WiFi, a selection of DVDs and books, tea-making facilities with fresh milk in the fridge, custom-made toiletries in the bathroom and more.
Breakfast
Breakfasts are freshly made from local ingredients and served in the elegant hand-painted breakfast room. Everything from sausages to granola to preserves are homemade. Even the bread is baked and the bacon home-cured in The Old Rectory kitchens.
