Foodie experiences Restaurants

Tillingham’s stunning vistas take in the fortified hilltop town of Rye, with the distant Romney salt marshes and Channel beyond. You couldn’t ask for a better spot to enjoy the final evening meal of your 1066 tour.

If you like to keep things loose, you can drop into the bar to enjoy the small plates menu with a bottle from the Tillingham cellar. Book into the restaurant for a set dinner menu Wednesdays to Saturdays, changing weekly. Or if you fancy going al fresco, Tillingham’s Dutch Barn has been converted into an outside kitchen serving pizzas on the terrace.
