We produce artisan smoked bacon, sausages and fish all using locally sourced and sustainable resources. Our foraging experiences offer something that is unique - gathering wild food and then pairing with products from the smokehouse. Vegetarians and vegans happily catered for. A typical foraging experience would be from 10am to 3 pm - we would visit ancient woodland and the beautiful Kentish coast and then prepare a 3 course meal with canapes outside (weather permitting).
