Heading up the award-winning Fischer’s kitchen is Head Chef Rupert Rowley. A native Yorkshire-man, Rowley spent a number of years developing his craft in the kitchens of Raymond Blanc, John Burton Race and Gordon Ramsay.
Front of house is driven by John Cooper. A native Yorkshireman, Cooper has spent over 30 years in fine dining establishments across the UK.
